The lack of basic facilities, like phone, elevator, safe, and fridge, and unstable hot water in the shower are some of the concerns raised by guests.

We stayed here for a weekend and found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating. the hotel also had uncomplicated parking and a good location convenient for our activities. the room we stayed in was spacious with a decent view of the surrounding area.

The breakfast wasn't up to our expectations, and we opted for alternative alternatives outside. we encountered some cleanliness issues with towels and limited pillows available;

The restaurant was amazing with top quality food and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to have a late check-out for free, which was greatly appreciated as my wife was on crutches. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

The noise level in the rooms was unbearable due to the church bells across the road ringing loudly at 5:30am. there were several basic amenities that were lacking such as a phone to call for assistance and no daily wash for the towels.
